Founder, Chan Chung Chan, first came to New Zealand from Hong Kong in 1978 as the head chef of pioneering Yum Cha restaurant Jade Garden.
After years of top experience, he decided to share his secrets on amazing Asian cuisine; the importance of using quality ingredients in the form of noodles and pastries.
Chung Chan and his family started Chan Kee in Auckland in 1987 with a mission
