HOW WE STARTED
We just love oodles and oodles of noodles!
What began as a passion project of making our own noodles and dumplings turned into so much more. Long hours late into night experimenting and creating the perfect product for our eatery soon had word-of-mouth spreading to nearby restaurants and cafeterias wanting to try our products for their own dishes.
By the end of the year, we had to move to a new location on Great South Road, Otahuhu to meet demand. Things went so well that a few years later we moved to a bigger premise, our current location on Huia Road.
